1. Scope of Agreement These Terms govern your use of https://www.chartedrootseducation.ca/, including all digital courses, educational materials, and professional consultation services (appointments).
2. Educational Consulting & Appointments
Nature of Service: Consultations are educational in nature. They provide guidance based on professional teaching experience and do not constitute a medical, psychological, or legal diagnosis.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
Late Arrivals: If you are late for an appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent clients.
3. Online Courses & Digital Products
Access: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to the content.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final once access is granted. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind."
4. Intellectual Property All content—including course videos, PDFs, and website text—is owned by Charted Roots Education. You may not record, screen-grab, or distribute materials without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability Charted Roots Education provides tools and strategies, but outcomes depend on individual implementation and child temperament. We are not liable for any specific academic or behavioural results.
